Mike Belter – I finally finished that book on the 1914 Army Football Team, and published it as an e-Book.
It is available in multiple formats on Smashwords for free, and also available at a number of online bookstores, though they might charge you.
Because some folks either do not like or have access to e-Books, a paperback is available on CreateSpace and Amazon for about $23. All profits from any sales will be divided between AOG and WP.org. https://www.createspace.com/6412604
