Served: in garrison at Atlantic Posts, 1808 – 1812; and in the War of 1812 – 1815 with Great Britain, being engaged in the Attack on “Queenstown Heights”, U. C., Oct. 13, 1812, where he was Mortally Wounded, and Died of Wounds, Dec. 8, 1812, at Fort Niagara, N. Y.
